The Fruits Society is a business in development. This website currently exists to share our plans and to let interested adults join a free waitlist.
2. Information we collect
Through the waitlist signup form we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your first name, Fruit preference, and a referral code. Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message.
3. Consent records
When you join the list we record that you ticked the consent and age-confirmation boxes, the exact wording and version of the consent text shown to you, and the date and time of your submission. We keep this as proof of permission to email you.
4. Referral and source information
We record a referral code you enter, a referral code generated for you, the page you signed up from, the page you first arrived on, the website that referred you, and campaign parameters in the link you used. This helps us understand where interest comes from.
5. Technical information
We may record your browser's user-agent string where permitted. Our hosting and analytics providers may process standard technical information such as IP address for security and aggregate traffic measurement.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use only essential storage plus privacy-conscious, first-party measurement of page views, button clicks, and form outcomes. We do not send your preferences, consent text, or email address to advertising platforms.
7. How we use your information
To send development updates, preference surveys, early-access announcements, and confirmed launch details; to answer your messages; to plan our first release; to prevent abuse; and to keep records of consent.
8. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that operate this website on our behalf — hosting, database, and email delivery providers — and only as needed to run the service or where required by law.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We keep waitlist records while the list is active or until you ask us to remove you, and we retain consent and unsubscribe records for as long as needed to meet our operational and legal obligations.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or contact us to unsubscribe, correct your details, or ask us to delete your information. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
12. Adults only
This website and our list are for adults 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we learn we have.
13. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as our operations develop, and the date below will change when we do.
